I’ve been working for Endress+Hauser for over 15 years, and I’ve built some great relationships with many customers over that time. The customers include end users and contractors, from small companies to multinationals. I think they see me as a problem-solver, someone they can rely on if they need quick help.

In my current role, I’m a member of the flow team, which is the first point of call for customers and colleagues if they’re not sure which flow instrument to select for their application. Two similar devices could offer the same measurement, but one could have better performance or diagnostic capability, for example. Customers these days want to get more from their assets, such as data for predictive and preventive maintenance, and reliability’s also important. With my experience, I can advise and guide customers on the right choice for them.

Over the years, especially in difficult times with tough market conditions, I’ve noticed that we’re more available and responsive than our competitors. We’re always on hand to support our customers – on site or remotely.
